About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaking) to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility for our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote our platform.
– Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
– As a representative of the exchange, to build and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term partnership
– Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
– Stay updated with local industry developments trends, conduct market research and create strategies when required
– Attend events as a representative of the exchange when required, expand network and bring in more leads for the exchange
Requirements– Business level Japanese proficiency
– Experience in managing a team or managerial experience
– Experience as KOL BD in similar companies/markets
– Understanding of cryptocurrency
– Fluent in English

Listing Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaking)

About the Role:
– Identify new business opportunities, expand and execute strategic partnerships
– Look for new listing sales opportunities in Blockchain and crypto space
– Manage the listing sales pipeline, from researching, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting and following up with clients
– Liase and coordinate with marketing, product, customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products

Customer Service Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time)

As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Part- Time Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, handling KYC processes, responding to emails, and monitoring messages across platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills and a customer service background. This role will be fully remote.

– Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support.
– Support customer service operations, including but not limited to user research, handling enquiries, process withdrawal applications, KYC, bug reporting, Q&A updates.
– Understand policies and procedures of global customer support, adhere to policies set, ensuring high quality support is provided to users in accordance with global standard.
– Create and post customer announcements.
– Monitor and respond to messages on Telegram and WhatsApp.
– Provide support related to Forex and Crypto (knowledge is a plus).
– During business hours, in addition to responding to customer inquiries, you will be asked to perform tasks such as creating help center articles as needed, checking payment status, and editing or revising FAQ page
– Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
– Adapt to potential future responsibilities, including chatbot and phone support.
– Work together and support other departments to report and solve any customer queries.
Requirements– Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
– Japanese language proficiency (mandatory).
– Working Schedule: 5 days a week (either 3 weekdays and 2 weekends, or 4 weekdays and 1 weekend).

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Japanese Speaking

Location: Remote

Job descriptionBitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time Japanese speaking Chief Technology Officer to lead our engineering team.  As frequent communication with Japan and Vietnam entities is required, this role will require Japanese language proficiency and will be fully remote at the moment.

– Formulate strategy and establish the technical vision for the business
– Preparation of specifications and design documents for product development
– Project management of the development process, including quality control
– Define and refine engineering workflows, tech architecture and infrastructure 
– Build, develop, lead a world class engineering team
Requirements– Experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role in cryptocurrency exchanges or brokerage firms.

As the head of marketing, your main duties will be to manage global marketing efforts for the group.

– Be responsible for all marketing efforts and create the overall marketing strategy for Bitcastle with clear objectives and measurable results.
– Manage the creation of global marketing efforts and advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
– Develop and execute promotions and content for email and website marketing
– Use analytical tools to measure and report on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
– Leverage insights from trend and information analysis to optimize advertising spend and performance based on goals.
